We specialise in rewinding coils for Electrical & HT Motors for voltages upto 11KV. We offer on-site repair and rehabilitation solutions for Very Large Machines.
Our high skilled staff is capable of tracing issues in electrical machines and are equipped in troubleshooting & restoring those in perfect condition ensuring optimum performance.
Electrical machines repaired by us can be regarded as new and we standby the warranty for the same as those given for the new machines. We offer Annual Rate Contract (ARC)
and Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) to our clients. Advantages :- Periodic servicings and checkups, on-site repair & rehab service in case of accidental machinery breakdowns.

- Specialized in Fabricating coils for ‘High Voltage Machines’ in class F / H Resin Rich Insulation System for voltages upto 11KV with multi turns, multi strands, transposed conductors, diamond, hairpin & concentric coils.
- Replacement of Ferromagnetic and Magnetic Slot Wedges.
- Re-staggering stampings of Stator & Rotor core to remove hot spot.
- Changing of Insulation Scheme or change into VPI treatment (Resin – rich & Resin - poor).

| Quality control : |
| Right from selection of material, conductor, forming of coils, temperature Maintained for moulding of coil, dust free environment while manufacturing of coils a strict check is maintained for dimensional accuracy to ensure correct fitment of the coils in stator core. Comprehensive testing of individual coils, bracing of the end winding, lashing the coils to supporting rings, inserting slot wedges under required pressure, forming silver brazing the end connections, insulating and maintain the exact distance by keeping uniform spacing is very closely monitored during rewinding. While rebuilding squirrel cage rotors, inserting cage bars and silver brazing to short-circuiting rings under required temperature is closely monitored as a part of quality control programme. |
